They quickly leave the office and go back in the truck. Anyone with real leadership characteristics who accepts a supervisor position doesn’t last long. They surround themselves with “yes” men supervisors who do exactly what they are told. Very fear based leadership which isn’t good. Has potential to be one of the best truck driving jobs out there but we have some serious leadership issues. The job itself is good if you can manage Chicago traffic. ![]()
